There are two playground structures, one for younger kids and another one for older. In addition, the playground also has swings.
At the playground, kids can climb up to a play platform. In addition to climbing apparatus, there are also slides for kids to enjoy at the playground.
In November 2021, the Brigadier General Charles Young Playground got a reconstructed main basketball court. It was renovated with new asphalt, fencing, backboards and a scoreboard.
Ther are also three other basketball courts at the park.
In addition, another feature of the playground is a mini soccer pitch.
You can also find a place for people to do workouts and you may also find people playing chess or dominoes at the tables at the park.
